Under the leadership of former Illinois Wesleyan University Head Coach Grainne Kelly, the East Ave girls travel program has surged into one of the premier programs in the region, highlighted by one of the strongest and largest youth pipelines in the Midwest.

travel

Our Girls Youth Travel program is where passion turns into purpose. Starting at the U10 level, we build the foundation for confident, competitive players by developing stick skills, game IQ, and the habits needed to succeed as they grow through middle school and into high school.

We train and compete year-round, giving our athletes consistent opportunities to train, be challenged, and showcase their game at a high level. Our A and B team structure ensures every player is placed in the right environment to develop, compete, and push forward, meeting athletes where they are and coaching them to level up.

East Ave Girls Elite is about more than just lacrosse. We’re building strong, driven young women who lead, support their teammates, and carry confidence beyond the field. Our players learn how to compete, how to work, and how to show up, setting them up for success for beyond the lacrosse field.

Girls high school travel

Our High School Travel program is built for athletes who want to compete and get better in a real way. We hold a high standard and focus on developing players who can perform in game situations, not just in drills.

We train year-round and prioritize playing because we know that that’s where real progress happens. Our athletes are consistently placed in competitive environments where they are challenged, gain experience, and learn how to impact the game.

We also focus on longevity, helping players learn how to balance school, sports, and everything that comes with being a high school athlete. Just as important, we are building teammates. Players who show up, compete the right way, and support the people around them.

We support the full student-athlete, and support an academics first mindset. For players who want to continue at the next level, we provide recruiting guidance along with the resources and network to help connect them to the right opportunities across Division I, II, III, NAIA, and club programs.
